Vata

Pitta
The force of transformation and metabolism. Pitta governs digestion, intellect, and all conversion processes. In balance, Pitta brings sharp intelligence, leadership, courage, and purposeful drive.
Kapha
The force of stability, lubrication, and nourishment. Kapha governs structure, immunity, and fluid balance. In balance, Kapha brings strength, endurance, compassion, loyalty, and deep calm.
