These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services operated by Greentech Laboratories Inc. ("Greentech," "we," "us," or "our"), including greentechlaboratoriesinc.com and iamlight.app (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Statements made on the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.Our products and content are intended for general wellness and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 5. Pre-Orders, Pricing & Refunds

Pre-order signups (including for iamlight.app) reserve your place on a notification list. They are not a binding sale and do not create an obligation to purchase. Pricing, availability, launch dates, and product specifications are subject to change. If a paid pre-order is offered in the future, refund and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase and incorporated into these Terms.

6. Electronic Communications

By using the Services or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (including transactional, service-related, and — where you opt in — marketing messages). You agree that any notices, agreements, and other communications we send electronically satisfy any legal communication requirements.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the address below (Attn: DMCA Agent) that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENTECH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greentech from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and Greentech each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement. If any portion of this section is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, and not to use the Services in violation of such laws.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Greentech regarding the Services.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
